Annual Renewals

Please note the following important dates regarding your membership and licence to practice renewals with the SAA:

December 1: Invoices for membership and licence to practice fees mailed.
January 1: All fees and renewal forms to be submitted to the SAA.
January 2 to 31: Grace period to send fees and renewal forms to the SAA.
January 31: All fees and renewal forms must be received by the SAA office by close of business day.

Not renewing? Please review the policies below and inform the SAA accordingly.

EMAIL: During renewal time, the SAA uses the email address renewals@saskarchitects.com. Please add this to your address book so any replies do not end up in your junk mailbox.

Membership Renewal

In order to be fully compliant with SAA renewal requirements, each member in good standing must submit annual renewal fees and applicable levies to the association by January 1st.

Licence to Practice Renewal

All Licence to Practice holders are required to annually renew their SAA-issued Licence to Practice. In order to be fully compliant with SAA renewal requirements, each licence holder must submit all requested documents and fees required by SAA legislation and regulation by January 1st.
